Baby Boot Camp is an innovative stroller fitness program designed to balance the fitness needs of moms while spending time with their children. Delivered by nationally certified fitness professionals throughout the United States, Baby Boot Camp stroller-fitness classes include STROLLFIT, STROLLGA, 5K Training Program, and Nutrition Solutions. Created in 2001 by Kristen Horler, Baby Boot Camp strives to help moms regain or enhance their pre-pregnancy fitness levels and meet the physical challenges of parenting by emphasizing strength training in a supportive environment.

  • Kirsten Evans

    Kirsten is a mom (Ripken James born 7/13 and Kyler Shay, born 7/15), wife and small business owner. She has a B.A. in Advertising/Public Relations from the University of Central Florida, is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor , SPIN Instructor, Certified Core9 Birth Recovery & Diastasis Repair Instructor and both First Aid and CPR certified. She is also a local volunteer and business supporter of the Covenant House of Orlando, RMHCF, March for Babies, Darcy J Foundation, Milk Bank of Central Florida and Discovery Church Orlando.

    As the eldest of four to a single mother, Kirsten knows and understands the challenges of balancing family, work and fitness. She has always strived to motivate others in recognizing and working to reach their goals.

    Kirsten’s “AHA” moment happened while running the 2011 Disney Marathon (to raise funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society). She realized that she wanted something different in her career and it wasn’t until she found Baby Boot Camp that she figured out what that was. She decided to leave the corporate world to follow her passion for fitness and her community.

    Since launching Jan 14', Kirsten absolutely enjoys sharing her passion for health, fitness, family & friends with the Orlando MOM community.

  • Cait Baumann

    Cait is mom to Grayson (8/2013) and a Elementary School Teacher. She has her Bachelor’s from San Jose State University (California) in Childhood and Adolescent Development along with her credential in Elementary Education. Cait is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and holds a CPR/AED-First Aid certification. She joined Baby Boot Camp Orlando during its grand opening, attending as many moms nights out as possible before attending consistently during the summer break. She is a passionate believer in the social support, positive message and fitness achievements, Baby Boot Camp Orlando has helped her accomplish along with so many other moms.

    Teamwork, healthy living and athletics have always been a huge part of her life. From the age of 5, Cait played on a variety of team; basketball, softball and soccer. She found a passion for basketball and played on various school, travel, and competitive teams until college. She was also a basketball coach and has a huge passion for educating children to adults on how enjoyable an active lifestyle can be!

    Cait is excited to bring her passion for education, positive energy and background in sports conditioning to Baby Boot Camp Orlando!

  • Erika Greene

    Erika is a mom of two very busy boys, Asher (7/2009) and Ethan (born 3/2013). After having Ethan she decided to become a stay at home mom. With Asher in school she was looking for a place to spend time with other mommies, create friendships for Ethan and workout. Baby Boot Camp-Orlando filled all of her needs. She joined Baby Boot Camp Orlando at its launch in January 2014 and was immediately hooked. After attending classes for 6 months she decided to pursue becoming an instructor. After receiving her group fitness certification with AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), Baby Boot Camp Certification and CPR / First Aid certifications she was ready to start teaching. With a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Florida this was not what she was expecting to do but has enjoyed every minute of it and continues to inspire other moms with her passion of health, nutrition, fitness & motherhood.

  • Hannah Hunt

    Hannah grew up in Ormond Beach Florida and moved to Orlando where she attended The University of Central Florida. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, at that same time her husband climbed the culinary ladder as a Chef. She worked for the Marriott International for 2 years, and then took time away from her career to be a full time mom. Hannah gave birth to Maddison (11/2014) and Skylar (2/2017) and joined Baby Boot Camp in October 2015. She quickly fell in love with the community, work outs, and the like minded women that she was inspired to do more than just attend class.

    Hannah became certified as a Group Fitness Instructor by the SCW, and is certified from the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support, and in CPR for infant, child, and adults. Her goals are to inspire new moms and to help women "Sweat It Out" and focus on themselves.

  • Jessica Klein

    Jessica grew up in Orlando, Florida. She attended and graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration. Having a love for education, fitness, and healthcare she went on to obtain a Master’s degree in Health Sciences Administration at the University of Central Florida.

    Jessica is a mother to Jennifer (born 01/2014) and wife to Matthew. After having Jennifer, Jessica left the corporate world to become a stay at home mom. She was determined to remain active and stay healthy. Jessica became a member of Baby Boot Camp Orlando, Summer 2014 and is currently training to become ACE certified in group fitness.

  • Kayla Torres

    Owner of Baby Boot Camp South Orlando. Kayla is the mother of two boys (Aiden 8/2008 & Ethan 11/2013) and wife to Isaac, whom she met while receiving her degree in Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida. After spending many years in the hotel world and the birth of her second child, Kayla decided to become a stay at home mom. Eager to shed the baby weight and make some mommy friends, Kayla joined East Orlando Moms Run this Town, a free local meet up run group and it was through this group that she was introduced to Baby Boot Camp-Orlando.

    Being the oldest of 7 children (5 of which were boys), having boys of her own, and being an avid runner (has currently run 7 half marathons and is now training for her first full marathon in November 2015), Kayla has always had an active lifestyle and very much enjoyed the world of health and fitness, but it wasn’t until she joined Baby Boot Camp-Orlando that she realized she could share her passion for healthy living and fitness with other moms. Kayla is a certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor, ready to help & share her passions with other moms to achieve their goals in fitness, health, and motherhood.

  • Lauren Kennedy

    Lauren is mom to a daughter, Avery (7/2014), and has always been a lover of exercising, being active, and inspiring others to be healthy. She grew up in Florida and graduated with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Media Production and Integrated Marketing from Florida State University, and works remotely for a marketing agency out of Los Angeles.

    After having Avery, she knew she wanted to stay active and fit, and was so happy to find the amazing community of moms and challenging workout that Baby Boot Camp Orlando offers. She is certified in Group Fitness through SCW and is excited to start teaching and helping other moms lead a healthy, happy lifestyle.
  • Maya Kaminsky-Susi

    Maya is mom (Leah 6/2015) wife and group fitness instructor of 15 years. She has her B.A. in Fashion from Kent State University and her masters from National Louis University in Elementary Education. She is an AFAA certified fitness instructor and personal trainer with a variety of other certifications like Turbokick, Insanity and Pilates. After having her baby girl she knew that she wanted to continue her passion for teaching and now with her little one right along next to her. She immediately joined the Baby Boot Camp Orlando team. On top of her inspiring energy in class, outside of class she also owns W8FIT Activewear, weighted activewear, accessories, and custom designed apparel.

  • Sara Echeverria

    Sara is a certified Personal Trainer through The National Exercise and Sports Training Association as well as a certified Pre and Post- natal Fitness Instructor, Baby Boot Camp Instructor, Nutrition Together consultant, and Personal Fitness Chef. Sara lives and believes in an active lifestyle and healthy living in lieu of stepping on the scale each day and crash diets. She is often inspired by her clients and enjoys helping them reach their personal fitness goals. Her workouts stem from years of participation in an array of sports, races, and physical challenges. She is the happy mom of Bea, Mateo and baby Alina living in Winter Park with her husband and dog.
  • Whitney Lorch

    Whitney is Mom to Nolan (2/2014) and soon to be baby number two (due 11/2016). Whitney has her Bachelors in International Affairs from Florida State University. She is a certified an ACE Group Fitness instructor as well as CPR/AED- First Aid certified. Before becoming a stay at home Mom, she worked as an Account Executive for a corporate event planning company in Atlanta, GA with a focus on team building and employee appreciation events.

    Originally from Orlando, Whitney and her family moved back to Florida after living in Atlanta for 5 years to be closer to family. She quickly found Baby Boot Camp and knew she had to join this amazing network of strong women. After becoming a member in March 2015 and attending classes regularly, she knew she wanted to grow her love for fitness and health even further. Whitney became an instructor to share her passion with other strong moms in the community by working together to achieve fitness goals all while setting an example to her little ones the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

  • Zara Cestero

    Zara is a mom to Zahra (born 6/13/13) a high school Visual Arts Teacher and Department Chair, Certified Personal FitnessTrainer with ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) and certified CPR/AED/First-Aid for adult, child, and infant. She's coached high school and high school Olympic weightlifting teams, was a General Manager of a gym, and a self employed Personal Trainer with her husband prior to having her little one.

    After having Zahra, she stopped the training industry and was focused in searching for ways to balance her own fitness needs and spending time with her little one. Then she came across Baby Bootcamp of Orlando summer of 2014.

    She had her "AHA" moment Molo 2015 with Baby Bootcamp when she realized how much she missed training others and decided she wanted to help mothers seeking motivation in health, fitness, and strength while being role models for their little ones. What better way than to join the Baby Bootcamp of Orlando Team of Instructors!

    She is excited to bring her high energy to class, using her creative background to bring flare to her workouts, and sharing her fitness passion and knowledge to motivate moms in achieving goals, health, and happiness.
